Tom Palmen
 Is the founder and director of the Umea International Film Festival in Sweden and president of the European Coordination of Film Festivals - ECFF. Tom Palmen was a juror at festivals in Berlin, Sofia, Regensburg, Dresden and Cottbus. Having founded his own distribution company, he helps young talented directors from northern Sweden promote their work.
